Delicious! Sort of a tequila penicillin.

I bought a papaya, so why not? I made this as a frozen drink and used some papaya seeds as garnish, and they turned out to be a really nice textural addition and flavor note in contrast with the drink.

Blood Oranges are amazing! The rosemary syrup doesn't really come through.

Nice entry in the genre. A lot more complex than most of the others!

It's a Last Word, but with tequila. Doesn't work as well as the original but I'm not mad at it.

Made on a whim to use some of the lovely banana peppers I had bought.

On the bitter side for me.
