I've been playing with OpenStreetMap lately, and of course I've started hacking things.
This is a plugin for JOSM that lets you record voice notes while using the LiveGPS plugin to record a track. It's pretty basic currently, you just hold the spacebar to record, and it adds a marker to the map where you started recording, and you can click on the marker to play back your note. Note that it doesn't currently clean up the wav files it creates, so you may want to manually delete them from ~/.josm/plugins/voicenote, or the equivalent on your system.
